Wonderful family known to the agency are seeking a kind, warm, energetic, efficient, organised Nanny/Housekeeper living locally to their beautiful house in Lambourn, Berkshire. The house is also set in stunning grounds and they would love to find someone to enjoy the surroundings whilst supporting them with their 2-year-old twins, transitioning from a primary childcare role to increased housekeeping responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Care for 2-year-old twins (3 in April, starting school in September).
• Manage household tasks and organisation
• Prepare nutritious meals
• Maintain home cleanliness and supplies
• Support children's daily routines and development
• Light laundry and tidying
• Potential nursery/playgroup drop-offs and pick-ups

Ideal Candidate:
•Experience with toddler-aged children
• Strong organisational skills
• Patient and nurturing approach
• Flexible and adaptable
• Full, clean driving licence
• First aid certification beneficial

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of childcare experience
• Understanding of early years development
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to create engaging activities for toddlers

Location: Lambourn, Berkshire

Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 5:30 PM (32 hours), but the family are also flexible to work around the candidate. They would require flexibility between term-time and school holidays in return.
Salary: £32,000 gross per annum
Start Date: June 2025 or sooner as Nanny leaving in June.
