After completing a degree at The University of Edinburgh, I embarked on a career in Talent Management and TV Production. I found my efficiency, organisational skills and desire to get things ‘done’ led me to a path as an Executive Assistant. I went on to work at a hedge fund in Mayfair and after having children of my own, became freelance, taking on a number of private clients. Within my various roles, spanning across 15 years, I have continued to recruit both domestic staff and office staff and now that passion and skill has come to fruition with the founding of Astrid & Flo. Myself and the team thoroughly enjoy meeting a broad spectrum of wonderful clients and household staff, and thrive on being able to achieve the perfect match.
