A lovely young British family of three residing in Belgravia is looking for a professional/experienced, kind, trustworthy and efficient live-in Nanny/Housekeeper who also has the ability to have fun with their 4-year old daughter and plan activities to stimulate her development. The family includes a hands-on mum, a dad who works from home, and their delightful daughter. They are seeking someone keen on a long-term role who can truly become part of their family.

The family values a candidate who loves animals, as their country house in Hampshire is home to dogs, ducks, chickens, rabbits, and more. Grandparents frequently visit and stay over, making this a bustling and lively household.

Duties Include:
 

Childcare:
• Assist with nursery pick-ups. The daughter attends nursery four days a week, so there will be plenty of time for getting housework done.
• Create activities or stimulating things to do with the daughter after nursery or in the holidays, to aid in her development.
• Accompany the daughter to Purple Dragon, classes, activities, clubs, and other engagements as needed.
• Help out with general wrap-around care.

Housekeeping:
• Perform all general housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, hoovering, ironing, tidying up the kitchen, playroom, communal areas and bedrooms.
• Assist with laundry and other household chores, excluding special fabrics which are handled by a professional laundress.
• Cooking: Prepare meals for the whole family. The family seeks someone who genuinely enjoys cooking and can contribute to their culinary needs.
• Travel: Accompany the family on trips to Hampshire, France, and other destinations.

Start Date: March/April
Salary: £650-£750 net per week (approximately £40,000-£45,000 gross annually)
Hours: 5 days per week, with 2 days off (working over weekends): 8am - 8pm with a 2-hour break
Accommodation: Self-contained basement flat with private kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and TV
