A fantastic, warm and busy young family based in a lovely part of Fulham/Hammersmith are looking for an upbeat, positive, kind nanny for their two children – G3 & B18-months. Mum will soon be returning to work after her second child. The family is looking for a nanny who will genuinely become part of their setup long-term — someone who brings energy, consistency and a real sense of fun to their home. They have a strong sense of routine and value clear boundaries, but this is by no means a rigid household — they want someone who can find the balance between structure and warmth.
This is a hands-on, physically active role caring for two young children at different stages of development. The successful nanny will need to be comfortable managing a toddler and a pre-schooler simultaneously, running school drops and pick-ups, attending classes, and keeping both children stimulated throughout the day.
Mum will often be home by 5:30pm and is hoping to secure a hybrid working role, so there may be some afternoons where she is around — but the nanny should be prepared to run the day independently and confidently. Husband starts and finishes later due to US time zone working.

Key Responsibilities:
• Full daily care of both children, Monday to Friday
• Nursery runs and/or school drop-offs for both children as required
• Planning and leading age-appropriate activities, outings and creative play
• Attending classes and activities with the children (tennis, toddler classes etc.)
• Preparing healthy, nutritious meals and snacks for the children
• Maintaining consistent routines and age-appropriate boundaries
• Light children's laundry and tidying of play and nursery areas
• Being a proactive, positive presence — bringing ideas and energy to the children's days

The Ideal Candidate:
The family are not looking for someone with an extensive CV necessarily — what matters most is attitude, reliability and genuine warmth with children. They are very open to a less experienced nanny who brings maturity, energy and enthusiasm, and would particularly value someone who has a good network of nanny friends locally, so the children benefit from social connections too.
