Warm, welcoming family in Parsons Green are expecting their second child in February 2026 and are seeking an experienced, calm and nurturing Maternity Nurse to join them for the first 9–12 weeks. The household includes a friendly greyhound and a sociable, happy 3-year-old daughter who attends nursery.
The family would ideally like someone who can live-in 5 days per week, with flexibility on start/finish times and potential adjustments to the schedule. Weekend live-out is required.

Key Responsibilities
Newborn Care
• Provide full newborn care, including feeding, sterilising, settling and sleep support
• Assist with establishing a healthy routine for the baby
• Advise on feeding strategies (breastfeeding/bottle) and night care
• Track baby’s progress and support parents with sleep, feeding and developmental cues

Parental Support
• Guide parents through the early weeks with confidence and reassurance
• Provide practical education on newborn care
• Help the household settle into new rhythms and routines

Household
• Maintain a calm, clean and organised baby environment
• Adhere to safe sleep and hygiene standards
• Be comfortable around a gentle dog

Candidate Requirements
• Warm, calm and highly experienced maternity nurse
• Strong newborn and routine-establishing experience
• Flexible mindset and easy-going approach
• Comfortable living with a friendly dog
• Able to offer guidance, structure and reassurance during the newborn period

Location: Parsons Green, SW6
Start Date: Mid–End February 2026
Schedule: 5 days per week live-in (2 days live-out)
Duration: 9–12 weeks maternity support
Children: Newborn & 3-year-old girl
Accommodation: Private bedroom provided during the working week. Weekends are live-out.
Pets: One gentle greyhound
