Busy and welcoming family in Notting Hill Gate are seeking an energetic, reliable and experienced full-time nanny to start in January 2026. Their long-term nanny of seven years is returning home for family health reasons, and the family are now looking for someone equally committed, positive and capable of supporting their three children as part of their family.
The nanny will focus primarily on the 2-year-old, with some school pick-ups and light support for the older children (10 and 13). The family values kindness, stability, and a nanny who can bring fun and energy into the home, while being organised and dependable.

Key Responsibilities
Childcare (Primary Focus on the 2-Year-Old)
• Engaging the toddler in age-appropriate play, activities, and outings
• Taking him to playgroups, classes, and parks
• Organising stimulating, fun and educational play
• Supporting a stable daily routine (meals, naps, activities)
• Handling nursery-related organisation when needed

Support for Older Children (10 & 13 Years)
• Occasional school pick-ups
• Being available after school for basic supervision or guidance
• Ensuring children’s belongings, uniforms and activity bags are organised

Household & Family Support
• Cooking healthy meals for the children
• Keeping children’s areas tidy and well-organised
• Managing children’s laundry (mainly the toddler’s)
• Helping ensure smooth day-to-day family routines

Ideal Candidate
• Warm, upbeat, energetic and genuinely enjoys being active with young children
• At least 5 years of nannying experience, including work with toddlers
• Good communicator, reliable, organised, and proactive

Details
• Hours: 50 hours per week Monday to Friday (flexible day structure) eg 8am-6pm, 9am-7pm.
• Start: January 2026
• Salary: Circa £50,000+ gross per year
• Babysitting: Occasional, with notice
• Contract: Long-term; family are seeking a committed nanny
