NANNY/HOUSEKEEPER- AF243 - PARSONS GREEN, FULHAM

A welcoming family in Fulham is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and warm full-time, live-out Nanny/Housekeeper to care for their 14-month-old boy. The role will be some childcare, with slightly more housekeeping duties, as the little boy goes to nursery from January and mum returns to work in March/April. Therefore, the Nanny/Housekeeper will also need to be on standby when the little boy is sick off nursery or other such incidences. The family is looking for someone who will become a valued member of their household and who is also super pet friendly, as they have a gentle golden retriever.
Their current Housekeeper has been with them for eight years but is leaving to start a family. Ideally the new candidate will have a handover period with her.

Responsibilities:
• Childcare:
o Providing all aspects of care for a 14-month-old, including feeding, changing, bathing, and settling.
o Creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for his development.
o Planning and engaging in age-appropriate activities.
o Monitoring his development and reporting any concerns to the parents.
o Preparing meals for him.
o The family would like someone flexible to travel, including summer holidays and occasional weekends.

• Housekeeping:
o Full housekeeping/deep cleaning
o Preparing family meals (simple, everyday cooking).
o Keeping the house tidy and organised.
o Laundry and ironing.
o Running errands as required.

• Dog Care:
o Being comfortable around a medium-sized Golden Retriever.
o Assisting with basic dog care, such as letting the dog out, ensuring it has water, etc. (Dog walking may or may not be required).

Requirements:
• Experience caring for toddlers.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• DBS check
• Paediatric First Aid certification

Hours: Approximately 11 hours per day/55 hours per week. 8am-7pm, Monday to Friday.
